There are times when you may need assistance directly related to your kitchen or deliveries, such as managing late deliveries, adding products to an order after your ordering cut-off time, or communicating special instructions to a delivery driver. For these types of issues, you should contact your kitchen directly rather than Supplyit support.

Navigation & Directory

• Location Selection: If you have access to multiple locations, click Relocate in the top right corner of the screen and select the applicable location.

• Accessing the Directory: 1. Click Home in the top right corner of the screen. 2. Click the Directory tab to view your kitchen's phone number.

• Welcome Tab Announcements: Some kitchens post department-specific contact info (such as direct phone numbers and email addresses) on the Welcome page. Click Home in the top right corner and select the Welcome tab to check for additional contact details.
